Don't like the default ground texture? If you have a full perm texture of your own, it's easily applied using the land HUD.

All parcels are designed with privacy in mind. Your view won't be spoiled by neighboring houses, and you have complete control over access, what neighbours can see, and what they can hear.

Land Permissions
Upon purchase, you'll have access to all of the second life land tools for changing the land name, setting media and sound streams, controling access etc. For fine tuned permissions you can deed the land to group, and with group roles, control who can do what.

Object Permissions
Return any unwanted items. If you own a group, edit permissions can be provided for any KQ objects on your land (excluding the boundaries).
